Ms. Rupinder Kaur Mann

Kindergarten

Hello! My name is Rupinder Kaur Mann, and I’m excited to be joining Khalsa School Calgary for
my first year here. I bring with me over 10 years of teaching experience from India, along with
one year of prior teaching experience in a Calgary school. I hold a Bachelor of Education and a Master’s degree in Applied Physics from Punjabi University, Patiala. My passion for teaching is
rooted in a deep commitment to helping students grow both academically and personally.In my
free time, I enjoy reading and spending quality time with my family. My goal as an educator is to create a safe, respectful, and engaging classroom environment where students feel confident to
express themselves, explore their ideas, and achieve their full potential.I look forward to a
wonderful year of learning and growth together!

Ms. Navneet Sandhu

Kindergarten

My name is Navneet Sandhu and this is my fourth year teaching Kindergarten at Khalsa School Calgary. I graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Education in 2022 and worked for a short period as a substitute teacher with KSC and the Rocky View School Division. As a teacher, I am committed to ensuring the success of my students by creating supportive and positive environments where students can take risks and contribute to community learning without the stigma of being wrong. I am passionate about creating learning activities that reflect the diversity of my students and aim to stimulate curiosity and engagement in my students through hands-on, activity based learning opportunities. In my free time, I enjoy hiking and being outdoors, and spending time with my family, friends, and my energetic dog.

Ms. Japjeet Dhugga

Hello! My name is Ms. Japjeet Kaur Dhugga. This will be my second year teaching at Khalsa School Calgary, and I am so excited to be back. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Teaching, with a minor in Mathematics. My passion in teaching is to incorporate Mathematics and Fine Arts together to create hands-on and engaging learning experiences for all students. During my free time I enjoy painting landscapes, doing nature photography, and reading a good book! I am looking forward to another year of fun learning and growing.

Ms. Prabhveer Sandhu

Kindergarten

My name is Mrs. Prabhveer Sandhu, and the 2025–2026 school year marks my third year at Khalsa School Calgary. I have been teaching Kindergarten since 2019 and bring with me an M.Sc. in Microbiology, a B.Ed., and five years of teaching experience with elementary students in both BC and Alberta. I am passionate about making learning fun, engaging, and meaningful for young children. My goal is to create a classroom where every child feels safe, respected, and supported, while developing a love for learning that lasts a lifetime. I strongly believe in building a positive and nurturing environment where students are encouraged to grow academically, socially, and emotionally.I also value strong partnerships with parents. Collaboration between home and school plays a vital role in student success, and I am committed to open communication and teamwork to support each child’s growth. I look forward to a wonderful and enriching year ahead!

Ms. Shaela French

 My name is Ms. French, and I’ve been part of the teaching team at Khalsa School Calgary for the past five years. This year, I’m excited to be teaching Grade 1. I focus on creating a warm, engaging, and supportive classroom where young learners feel confident to grow. I believe in building strong foundations in literacy and numeracy while encouraging creativity and curiosity. I make learning meaningful through hands-on activities, discussions, and real-world connections. I’m passionate about helping students grow academically and as kind, respectful individuals. I value strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues and feel fortunate to be part of such a caring school community. Outside the classroom, I enjoy yoga, puzzling, paddle boarding, and spending time in nature with my dog, Kirby. I’m looking forward to a wonderful school year and the opportunity to support each student’s journey.

Ms. Gurkaran Sandhu

My name is Gurkaran Sandhu. I graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Education in 2022. I worked as a substitute teacher for a few months before joining the team at Khalsa School Calgary, and I am now in my fourth year teaching Grade 1 here! As a teacher, I am committed to providing students with a positive and welcoming learning environment. I prioritize developing and implementing a range of lessons that maximize student engagement. When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.  

Ms Tanya K

Grade 1

My name is Ms K, and I am very excited to be your child’s Grade 1 teacher! This will be my second year teaching Grade 1 at Khalsa School Calgary. I received my Bachelor of Education in 2010 and started my teaching career in northern Alberta, where I taught Grade 3 for two years. After moving to Calgary, I taught Grades 1-3 at several private schools until I got hired at Khalsa School Calgary. I enjoyed working here until I left on maternity leave last year. I am excited to return to teaching again! In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, visit parks and read.

Ms. Carol Daupan

Grade 1

Miss Carol here! This is my first year teaching at Khalsa School but I have already taught for two years in Calgary. I spent most of my productive life in teaching, 15 years to be exact, as as an ESL Teacher overseas. I left teaching last year to be a Recreation Therapy Assistant for a senior
home. This year, I have proven that, “Once a teacher, always a teacher!” I am back with great enthusiasm to eventually settle and rekindle my passion in teaching. I can’t wait to start this school year with my 1st graders!

Mrs. Vini Aujla

Grade 2/Learning Leader Division 1

My name is Vini Aujla, and I was born and raised in a small town in British Columbia. I hold a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Education and have been an educator for 13 years. This year marks my sixth year teaching at Khalsa School. As a teacher, I am committed to creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel respected and motivated to reach their potential. I place strong emphasis on building meaningful relationships with students and designing engaging, hands-on learning opportunities that foster curiosity and confidence. I currently reside in Chestermere with my husband and our two children. Outside of teaching, I enjoy running, reading, and spending quality time with my family.

Ms. Teresa Huang

Grade 2

My name is Teresa Huang. I was born in the States. I grew up in California and moved to Calgary when I was 14. I am newly married. I do not have any children yet. My hobbies include travelling, reading, drinking coffee, and going to Costco! I have been teaching for 5 years. I was an intervention teacher for 1 year and this is my second year teaching grade 2 at Khalsa School.  I hold two degrees. I completed both my Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Education at the University of Calgary. I have taught Grade 9 math/science and Grade 1. My goal is to provide a safe and caring environment and to get students excited for learning! I am very excited to be a part of your child’s learning this year and to get to know each and every one of you.

Ms. Navdeep Kaur

Grade 2

My name is Navdeep Kaur Brar, and I bring experience in teaching Kindergarten, Grade 1, Grade 2, and Math and Science for Grades 6–8. I was born in India, where I earned my Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Education degrees. After moving to Canada in 2017, I pursued Environmental Engineering at Cape Breton University. Before joining Khalsa School Calgary, I taught at Khalsa School Surrey for two years. This is my first full year at Khalsa School Calgary. Last year, I taught Grade 2 for a few months, and I’m excited to return to Grade 2 this year! I believe in creating a positive and supportive classroom environment where every child feels valued and confident in their learning journey. My goal is to make learning engaging, foster curiosity, and inspire a love for knowledge. Outside of teaching, I enjoy spending time with family, exploring the outdoors, and continuing to learn and grow.”

Ms. Oleg Kovalchuk

Grade 3

My name is Oleg Kovalchuk, and I am honored to join Khalsa School as a Grade 3 teacher. I bring more than a decade of teaching experience, including six years overseas and five years in Canada working with students in Grades 1–3. This is my first year teaching Grade 3 at Khalsa, and I am excited to contribute to this dynamic learning community.I hold both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Education from Europe, as well as a Montessori diploma from Vancouver. In addition, I am a licensed nurse with prior experience at a major Calgary hospital. These diverse experiences have shaped my commitment to educating the whole child—academically, socially, and emotionally. I am passionate about fostering curiosity, confidence, and critical thinking, with a particular interest in science, literacy, and mathematics.

Mrs. Seema Khatri

Grade 3

My name is Seema Khatri, and I am delighted to begin my third year at Khalsa School as a Grade 3 teacher. I hold a Master’s degree in Chemistry and have completed additional courses at the University of Toronto, York University, and the University of Calgary. With over 15 years of experience working with children, I bring both knowledge and enthusiasm to my teaching. Over the past two years, I have had the joy of teaching both Grade 1 and Grade 3, and I am especially excited to return to Grade 3 this year. My teaching experiences, from traditional classrooms to community programs, have deepened my passion for education and strengthened my commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive classroom where every child feels valued. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family and my cats, Mug Cake and  Tumbleweed Tuxedo, as well as enjoying nature and making connections with people.

Mrs. Navdeep Khehra

My name is Mrs. Navdeep Khehra, and this is my third year teaching at Khalsa School Calgary. I earned my Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Calgary in 2014 and began my teaching career shortly thereafter. With a decade of experience in education, I have also worked with Palliser Regional Schools, where I taught grades 2-5. I am married and have two wonderful daughters. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, exploring various trails, and spending quality time with family and friends. I am looking forward to the upcoming school year and am committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment while creating lasting memories with my students.

My name is Harjit Kaur Dhanjal, and I have been a proud member of the Khalsa School community since 2008. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to serve in various roles, which has helped me grow both personally and professionally. This year marks my 9th year as a teacher, and I continue to feel inspired by the chance to make a positive impact on my students every day. Teaching is not just a profession for me—it’s a passion that brings me joy and fulfillment. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy spending my time reading books, which allow me to explore new ideas and perspectives. I also love to travel and find great joy in discovering new places. Among all my favorite destinations, the beach holds a special place in my heart—it’s where I feel most relaxed and recharged. I look forward to another wonderful year at Khalsa School!

Ms. Ruchika Sharma

My name is Ruchika Sharma, and I am excited to be teaching Grade 4 at KSC this year. My love for teaching stems from watching students overcome challenges, celebrate successes, and build
the skills they will carry throughout their lives. I hold a Bachelor of Science, a Master of Science in Mathematics, and a Bachelor of Education, and I bring 6 years of teaching experience,
including middle school Mathematics in India and teaching roles in Canada with Khalsa School Calgary and Calgary Board of Education. In my free time, I enjoy reading, traveling, and spending time with my family.

Ms. Yashika Sandhu

Grade 5

My name is Yashika Sandhu, and I am thrilled to introduce myself as your child’s 5th grade teacher for this academic year. I am deeply passionate about teaching and consider it a true privilege to guide and support your child’s educational journey. A bit about my background: I graduated from Delhi University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree, followed by a Bachelor’s of Education from Indraprastha University. My academic path continued with a Master’s in Physics from Madurai Kamraj University. Each step of my education has strengthened my commitment to teaching and enriched my understanding of how students learn and grow. My approach to teaching is centered around creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where each child feels valued and encouraged to reach their full potential. I am dedicated to fostering a classroom atmosphere that promotes curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for learning.I am looking forward to working closely with you and your child to make this a successful and enjoyable year. 

Ms. Jasmeet Kaur Sethi

Grade 5

My name is Jasmeet Kaur Sethi, and I am currently teaching Grade 5 at Khalsa School. This is my first year with the school, but I have been a dedicated educator since 2011. I deeply care about the academic growth and emotional well-being of every child in my classroom. As a mother of two school-going daughters, I feel closely connected to the school community and understand the importance of a nurturing and engaging learning environment. Beyond the classroom, I enjoy a variety of creative hobbies including calligraphy and painting. Music plays a special role in my life, especially Gurbani and Kirtan, which I love to both listen to and perform. I also enjoy spending time in nature and exploring the natural beauty Canada has to offer—it brings me peace and inspiration. 

Ms. Jeshpreenia Kaur Sihota

Grade 6

My name is Jeshpreenia Sihota, and this marks my 9th year in the teaching profession and my 7th year at Khalsa School Calgary. From 2015 to 2021, I taught Grade 1 and Kindergarten before taking maternity leave. Over the past four years, I have cherished my time as a stay-at-home mom, and I am now excited to return to the classroom. This school year, I am looking forward to teaching our Grade 6 students. I graduated with an Advanced Honors Bachelor of Arts in English (2011) and a Bachelor of Education (2013) with specialization in the middle years stream from the University of Manitoba. I have 2 daughters aged 4 and 1. We love travelling and exploring new countries. As a family, we have travelled to 11 countries!

Ms. Suneet Sandhu

Grade 6

My name is Mrs. Suneet Sandhu, and I am excited to be teaching at Khalsa School Calgary for the ninth year. I have been teaching for nearly fifteen years in both India and Canada, including the Rocky View School Division. Teaching is my passion, and I love helping students discover their strengths, think critically, and become confident, creative learners. I believe that every child is a superstar, and with hard work and a growth mindset, their light shines brightly. Outside the classroom, I enjoy reading mystery novels, painting, traveling, and taking part in cultural and spiritual events. I also love spending time with my family and cat, and I try my best to keep an eco-friendly garden at home.

Ms. Reena Obhi

Grade 7

My name is Reena Obhi, and I am very excited to be teaching Grade 7 this year. This is my fifth year at Khalsa School Calgary and I have been working in education for 20 years. Over the course of my career, I have primarily taught middle school and continue to have a special passion for working with Grade 7 students. This year, I will be teaching Math and Social Studies. I was born and raised in Canada and grew up in Manitoba, where I completed my BA at the University of Manitoba. I also earned my BEd from the University of Calgary. My goal as a teacher is to inspire students to be confident, motivated, and the best version of themselves. I believe a respectful, safe, and supportive classroom environment is essential for success. When I am not teaching, I enjoy running, traveling, baking, and spending time with my family and friends.

Mrs. Rajvinder Bedi

Grade 7

My name is Mrs. Bedi, and I will be teaching Grade 7 Science this year. This is my fourth year at Khalsa School Calgary. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Manitoba. Before joining Khalsa School, I taught Grade 8 Math and Science on a term contract at St. John’s High School in Winnipeg. Since then, I have taught full-time at Khalsa School, including four months with Grade 6 and a full year teaching Grade 7 Math, Science, and Social Studies. Over the past four years, I have focused primarily on teaching Grade 7 Math and Science. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to be part of this wonderful school community. I was born and raised in Winnipeg and have lived in Calgary for the past seven years. In my free time, I enjoy painting, drawing, watching movies, and spending time with my family—especially my 3-year-old son.

My name is Jyoti Kahlon. I am an Alberta Certified Teacher with over 30 years of experience teaching in India, Dubai, Muscat, and Canada. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (English and Special English), a Master’s in Ecology and Environment, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Educational Research from the University of Calgary.
Before joining Khalsa School Calgary, I taught at a private school and later with the Calgary
Board of Education, teaching English and Social Studies to Junior and Senior High students.
This year marks my tenth year at Khalsa School. After teaching Grade 6 for nine years, I have
now joined Division 3, where I will be teaching English Language Arts and Social Studies. I strive to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom that values students’ unique talents and
learning styles while encouraging curiosity, confidence, and critical thinking. Outside of teaching, I enjoy reading, gardening, travelling, and spending time with my two dogs. I am a proud mother of two.

Mr. Balwant Singh

My name is Balwant Singh. I hold an MSc in Physics with honors and an MEd. I am an Alberta Certified Teacher with over 10 years of experience instructing physics, mathematics, and general sciences to middle and high school students. Additionally, I have provided guidance and counseling services. I am also employed as a Lead Tutor at YMCA Calgary.

I began my teaching career in 2014 after earning my Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Calgary. With over a decade of experience in education, I’ve had the opportunity to work with Palliser Regional Schools, where I taught grades 2–5. Ms. Kiran Brar

Grade 9/Learning Lead Division 3

My name is Kiranjit Kaur Brar, and I have been teaching Math and Science for the last 30 years. This is my tenth year of teaching at Khalsa School, Calgary. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with students of many different ages and backgrounds, and truly enjoy helping young people discover their strengths and build confidence in learning. My educational background is  M.Sc ( Hons) Physics. B.Ed and P. B. D.E . I am excited to teach grade 8 and 9 Math to our young curious learners, and wish to see them progress in their lives.

Ms. Prabhjeet Aulakh

I have been teaching for over nineteen years, and it gives me immense pleasure to see my students broadening their horizons and developing their repertoire of skills to make this world a better place. I have both a Bachelor of Science, and a Master of Science (Chemistry) degree, along with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from the Punjab University, Chandigarh, India. After upgrading my education from the University of Calgary, I received my Alberta Teaching Certification. Prior to joining Khalsa School Calgary, I have worked with the Calgary Catholic School District as a student teacher and the Calgary Board of Education in the school years 2009-2010 and 2010-2011 respectively. While teaching at KSC, it gives me great satisfaction to see my students trying their best in learning, and helping other classmates in achieving their goals. During my teaching experience, I have taught a variety of Science and Mathematics courses to both undergraduate and school students. 

Mr. Kristopher Koloff

Athletic Director/Physical Education

Hello! My name is Kristopher Koloff, my students usually call me Coach K. I’m thrilled to be joining the Khalsa School Team as the Director of Athletics and Physical
Education. I consider myself to be a well rounded fellow with a wide range of skills and interests. I have a B.A. Honours Degree majoring in History and minoring in Philosophy. I have my B.E.d
which focused on grades 7-12. For the past twelve years I worked at River Valley School, which is an inclusive private school in Bowness. There I ran a program for children with learning
challenges of various kinds called The Arrowsmith Program for over 10 years, which harnesses the science of neuroplasticity for cognitive enhancement. I have a passion for fitness, working out, nutrition and getting everyone to enjoy movement in whatever way that looks. I try to help people see the connection between physical health and cognitive performance.

Ms. Parampreet Kaur Gill

Punjabi/Gurmat Teacher

I have been teaching for almost 22 years in various fields such as educational coaching, tutoring, and volunteering in school and camp settings.  I earned my bachelor’s, majoring in Mathematics and Science, and a Master’s in Statistics. I have been tied with Khalsa School since 2013 as a volunteer and it’s been a great pleasure. As of 2015, I have been working in the Punjabi and Gurmat Department in different roles including as a Punjabi and Gurmat Instructor and Lead. I look forward to guiding the young minds of children and being a part of their educational journey! 

Mrs. Parminder Khara

Punjabi/Gurmat Teacher

WAHEGURU JI KA KHALSA WAHEGURU JI KI FATEH! I  did a B.Sc. in Biochemistry, and after that, I pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery from Guru Nanak Dev Homoeopathic Medical College, Ludhiana, Punjab, India. I always had a great passion for the Punjabi language and Sikh History. In 2011, Punjabi teachers invited me for help, and I served as a full-time teacher assistant volunteer for six months. That was my best time in KSC. This is my 15th year at Khalsa School Calgary. At Khalsa School, I take Punjabi and Gurmat classes from kindergarten to Grade 9 students. I love working with my awesome students and staff. Other than teaching, I like reading, listening to Gurbani,  walking, hiking, yoga, and going to Sikhi camps. My goal as a teacher is to help each and every one to read and write Gurmukhi so that the students can read Gurbani and live a meaningful life. I look forward to seeing the progress that each and every student will make in our classroom over the year! It is going to be a great year!

I am blessed to pursue my passion as a Music teacher for more than a decade now. I did my Doctorate (Phd) in Music from Rajasthan,India , Masters and Bachelors in Music Honours from Delhi University, India. Apart from the regular studies,  I did another Bachelor’s degree in Music from Allahabad University, India. I have also completed certifications in Gurbani Sangeet. I joined Khalsa School in 2019 and this is my 6th year. I love spending time with my family , reading motivational stories and playing with my son. I strive to create Musical compositions and love teaching the art form. According to me, Kirtan is an important part of the education which helps in the overall development of the child. At Khalsa School , I take Harmonium classes from Kindergarten – Grade 9.

Mr. Harpreet Singh

Tabla Teacher

I moved from Dubai U.A.E. in 2000. I grew up listening to Keerrtan (the recitation of the Sikh Holy Scripture) as well as playing Tabla with various keertanies from a young age. I was attracted to the rhythmic sounds of the Tabla. I have been with KSC for the past 10 years as a Tabla Instructor.
I have been playing Tabla for the past 19 years and currently I am a disciple of world renowned Tabla artist Ustad Tari Khan.

Ms. Navinder Kaur

Student Services Coordinator

I completed my Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Calgary and I have been with Khalsa School Calgary since April, 2012. I taught grade 2 for several years before moving into the Student Services Coordinator role. I have also served as an Acting Assistant Principal for a school year.  I am very proud of all the strides KSC has made to get to where it is now. Witnessing and being part of our growing community has been a true joy. Outside of being an educator, I have two young children that keep me very busy. 

Mrs. Poonam Ghanghas

Resource Teacher

I have been a part of the Khalsa School team since 2009 (in different roles). I hold a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Education degree from Kurukshetra University (India). I am an Alberta certified teacher and have been in my current role as a Learning Support Teacher with Khalsa School since 2015. I believe that teaching is a process of lifelong learning from your students. You learn new strategies, new ideas and new philosophies as you work out ways to flex and adapt your teaching styles to fit your students’ individual needs. At home, I have a beautiful daughter who keeps me on my toes. I spend my leisure time gardening, going for walks and watching Disney movies with my daughter.

Graduating with a Bachelor of Education and Master of Arts in English, I began my teaching career in India. Upon immigrating to Canada, I began working at Khalsa School Calgary in 2008. For the past 15 years, I have undertaken a large variety of positions, from teaching assistant to technology manager. After obtaining certifications in library management, web design, and IT management, my permanent role transitioned to the IT Coordinator and Library Technician. I continue to lead projects and committees around the school — growing my passion for the students and school community every year. 

Mrs. Sandeep Sheera

Education Assistant

My name is Sandeep Seehra. I was born and raised in India. I moved to Canada in 2012. I did my Bachelor degree in Fashion Designing from Punjab, India. I also did my Education Assistant diploma through Bay River College, Calgary in 2020. I joined Khalsa School Calgary in 2021 and have really enjoyed my journey so far. My philosophy of education is that all children are unique and must have a stimulating educational environment where they can grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. At home, I have two children who always keep me busy. I love reading, cooking, gardening and spending time with my family.

Ms. Rangi is starting her third year at Khalsa School Calgary. She enjoys working at Khalsa School and getting to know each student while helping them grow in confidence, develop strong skills, and discover their creativity. Ms. Herpinder Gill

Principal

I was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, where I also completed my education. I hold two degrees from the University of Calgary—a Bachelor of Communication & Culture and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)—and later earned my Master of Education (M.Ed.) from Athabasca University. For the past fourteen years, I have had the privilege of serving at Khalsa School, starting as a teacher, then as an assistant principal for two years, and now as principal for the past three years. It has been an honor to work alongside our students, families, staff, and the broader community. Beyond my professional role, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, going for long walks, hiking, working out, and travelling.

Ms. Melissa Zaseybida

This year marks my 13th year at Khalsa School Calgary and 22nd year as an educator. I joined KSC as a kindergarten teacher in 2013, a role I held for three years, and then taught grade 2 for seven years. I also served as the Student Services Coordinator for one year. In addition to my classroom responsibilities, I have held leadership positions including Division 1 Learning Lead for 6 years and Acting Principal for the 2024–2025 school year. I am excited to move into the role of Assistant Principal this school year, supporting our dedicated staff and students to achieve another successful year at KSC. Prior to joining Khalsa School, I worked with the Calgary Board of Education. I hold a Masters of Teaching from Griffith University in Queensland, Australia, and a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Psychology from Concordia University of Edmonton. When I am not working, I am a mom of two amazing teenage daughters whose school, extracurricular activities and love of adventure make for a busy household.

My name is Tanvir Kaur and this is my third year working as an administrative assistant in Khalsa School Calgary. Since then, I have developed a deep appreciation for educational excellence and teamwork. I earned Bachelor and Masters degree in Laws from Panjab University. I served as an Assistant Professor of Laws for more than 3 years in my home country India. After immigrating to Canada, I joined Khalsa School Calgary in August 2023 as an Administrative Assistant. As an Admin, I am very passionate about helping staff and students while supporting the daily operations of school with efficiency and thus creating a positive environment. My personal interests are baking and spending time with my family.

I have been working at Khalsa School since 2014 and I have enjoyed every moment of it and am proud to be part such an incredible team. I am a CPA (Certified Professional Accountant), CGA (Certified General Accountant) with CPA Canada. I also hold a Master’s degree and Business degree in business and Finance from Delhi University, India. Along with this, I also hold a Post graduate degree in computer applications. I have more than 17 years of Canadian experience in diverse finance and accounting with multiple companies. In my current position with Khalsa School Calgary Educational Foundation, I am accountable for providing leadership on all accounting processes, procedures and systems. I have a strong passion to work in the education sector and I am very proud to be a part of Khalsa School, where our day starts with Ardas and Shabad Kirtan and we instill our students with values of Sikhism, along with academic studies. At home, I am busy mother of three lovely kids and have a wonderful husband. I enjoy spending time with my family and love to go vacation with them. I also enjoy watching movies and going on adventures with them. Along with this, reading Gurbani and spiritual content is also something I love to do.

I have a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and my specialisation is  in Finance.My Bachelors degree is in Commerce and  Specialized in Accounting and Taxation.I really enjoy  working with Khalsa School and I am proud to be part of this family.
